Chelsea-based Kettle Cuisine has signed a 15-year lease for 203,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and distribution space in Lynn.
The soup manufacturer plans to relocate its entire operation to the new space, located at the Clock Tower Business Center, by early 2014.
Phillip Burgess, president of Burgess Properties, was the sole broker in the transaction.
