Kinlin Grover Real Estate, a subsidiary of The Randall Family of Companies, has completed its acquisition of Real Estate Associates of Cape Cod.

The company, which has 35 offices and more than 650 agents across Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts, made the announcement yesterday.

Because of the merger, Kinlin Grover’s Pocasset office has now officially moved its operations to its Bourne office, and early next year its Mashpee Commons office will join the Kinlin Grover Mashpee office.

“Since the acquisition of Real Estate Associates was first announced in March 2018, we have seen the Real Estate Associates and Kinlin Grover agents grow together as a cohesive team,” Mike Schlott, president of Randall Family of Companies, said in a statement. “Merging these final two offices will allow our brokers and agents to do what they do best, serve their market areas as local experts committed to the highest standards of customer service.”

“Consolidating these offices provides expanded resources for our agents and expanded services for our clients,” added Ralph Grassia, branch executive of the Bourne office. “Customers can expect the same great service and attention to detail that’s made Kinlin Grover the premier agency on Cape Cod.”
