Konica Minolta Business Solutions has signed a 10-year lease for 20,000 square feet at 404 Wyman St. in Waltham’s Hobbs Brook Office Park.
Majestic Construction fitted out the space with an open floor plan around the window lines to maximize natural light in workstations.
Cushman & Wakefield represented Konica Minolta in the transaction. Wyman Street Advisors represented landlord Hobbs Brook Management LLC.
Konica Minolta relocated from Wells Avenue in Newton where it had been based since 2000.
