Quinstance, a gift shop with an inventory including 10 percent fair trade goods, has signed a 1,174-square-foot lease at 3rd Ave. in Burlington.

The first store in a venture founded by local entrepreneur Erin Sandler, the shop specializes in handmade goods including jewelry, soaps, clothing, toys and home décor, with 90 percent of its products made in America.  The shop will open later this month.

Burlington-based developer Nordblom Co.’s 3rd Ave. contains 300,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space off Middlesex Turnpike in Northwest Park.
