Woburn-based KS Partners has acquired Norfolk Place, a class B office building in Dedham.

KS purchased the property at 33 Elm St. from Normandy Real Estate Partners for $7.8 million.

The building is currently 96 percent leased to 11 tenants. The acquisition brings KS Partners’ holdings in Dedham up to 390,000 square feet of office space, along with the 180,116-square-foot 980-990 Washington St. and the 160,910-square-foot 3 Allied Drive.

Colliers International’s David Goodhue, Patricia Foster and Caleb Hudak have been named leasing agent for all three properties.
