Boston-based WinnCompanies announced on Tuesday that Deirdre Kuring and Patrick Appleby will assume the roles of chief operating officers for WinnResidential and WinnMilitary, respectively. 

These promotions come following the real estate development and property management company’s decision to restructure the executive leadership team of WinnResidential, the company’s property management arm, effective Nov. 1. 

Kuring most recently served as WinnResidential’s chief administration officer, and as Appleby executive vice president of WinnMilitary. Both will continue to report to William Wollinger, president of WinnResidential and a member of the board of WinnCompanies, in their new positions.
