Aerospace and national security contractor L-3 Communications has leased an additional 28,000 square feet at 46 Jonspin Road in Wilmington, bringing its occupancies in North Wilmington Business Park up to 107,000 square feet.

The new lease comprises 21,000 square feet of first-floor space and a 7,000-square-foot mezzanine.
