"15 Presidential Way was selected due to its close proximity to the intersection of I-93 and I-128," said Ringuette. "We expect them to do extremely well at this location."
LaserCraze’s Woburn location is scheduled to open in early spring.
In a separate recent transaction, 15 Presidential Way was sold to Agilitron for $4.5 million, according to a statement. The 79,900-square-foot flex/industrial building sits on 6.64 acres.
