Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian LLP has signed a 10-year, 31,140-square-foot lease at 850 Winter St. in the 120-acre Reservoir Woods campus in Waltham.

Davis Marcus Partners, a venture between Marcus Partners and The Davis Cos., owns and operates Reservoir Woods.

Gunderson Dettmer, a business law firm for entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, and venture capitalists, will relocate its headquarters in December. With this transaction, 850 Winter St. is now in excess of 80 percent leased and the entire campus is 97 percent leased.
