38 Bay Pond Road, DuxburyLee M. Kennedy, owner of general contracting company Lee Kennedy Co., has purchased a $2.18 million house in Duxbury.

Kennedy and his wife Maura bought a 5-bedroom, 4,846-square-foot Colonial earlier this month, according to data from The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.

The house sits on less than an acre, has three fireplaces, 3 ½ baths and waterfront views from every room, according to listing information.

Kennedy’s Quincy general contracting firm has been a part of large local renovation and building projects at the JFK library, The Boston Conservatory, Berklee College of Music and the Old State House tower, among others.

Suzanne C. Stevens sold the home on 38 Bay Pond Road, according to the data.
