Quincy-based contractor Lee Kennedy Co. recently completed the $63 million, Simmons College School of Management and Academic building in Boston.

The five-story, 66,500 square-foot project was completed in 20 months.

Designed by Boston-based Cannon Design, the School of Management and Academic building is 38 percent more efficient than similarly sized buildings, according to Lee Kennedy Co. The college is pursing LEED Silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
