Linear Retail Properties LLC has acquired a retail property in Roslindale.
The 4,600-square foot building located on 745 South St. is leased to Unleashed, a branch of Petco. Unleashed has similar product offerings to Petco, but is a smaller model created for urban markets.
The property was purchased from Beck Realty Trust for $1.6 million. The buyer was represented in the transaction by Jonathan Aron of KeyPoint Partners.
