Natick-based Middlesex Savings Bank has promoted three employees.

Lisa F. Lopes has been promoted to community banking officer based in Wayland; Courtney M. O’Regan has been elected to marketing officer based in Natick; and Andrew J. Sherry has been promoted to community banking officer based in Needham.

Lopes has been with Middlesex Savings Bank for more than 16 years. She started at the bank as a teller and has since held a variety of positions including head teller, customer service representative and assistant branch manager before her promotion to community banking officer.

Sherry joined Middlesex Savings Bank in September 2005, also as a teller. His other previous roles at the bank include head teller and assistant branch manager.

In their respective roles as community bank officer and branch manager, Lopes and Sherry will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch – managing staff, setting goals and objectives for the branch, collaborating with business partners and supporting the bank’s community involvement.

O’Regan joined Middlesex Savings Bank in April 2014 and is now responsible for the bank’s social media, public relations, branding and consumer product marketing efforts. Prior to joining the bank, O’Regan worked at marketing and public relations firms in the Boston area, including Rhino Public Relations, where she was an account manager, and Peter Arnold Assoc.
