Three leases have helped fill space in Mansfield’s Cabot Business Park created by the departure of Covidien/Medtronic in 2017.

Foxborough-based Advantage Sales and Marketing relocated to a 45,000-square-foot office and flex/R&D space at 575 West St. The new tenancy, combined with a 96,000-square-foot renewal by Samsonite, brings the building’s occupancy to 90 percent.

At 20 Cabot Boulevard, Framatome leased 23,000 square feet of office and R&D space, bringing occupancy to over 70 percent. Ownership plans to add a new kitchen and lounge, fitness center and updated locker rooms this year to attract tenants to 21,000 square feet of remaining space. Proposals are out for all of the remaining space, Colliers International said.

Colliers’ Caleb Hudak, P.J. Foster and John Real represented ownership in the transactions.
