Twenty-five luxury rentals at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Boston will be converted to condominiums, and marketed for sale early in 2015, according to a release from Otis & Ahern. Jeannemarie Conley, senior vice president at Otis & Ahearn, will be the listing agent for the properties.
The status of the 10 existing designated affordable rental properties located within the property will remain unchanged.
Of the 25 properties to be converted, 19 are two-bedrooms and six are one-bedrooms, ranging in size from 930 to 1,625 square feet.
"This is a unique opportunity and an ideal time in the market for new condominiums with a critically low level of inventory on the market in downtown Boston," Kevin Ahearn, president of Otis & Ahearn, said in a statement.
