A Georgia-based manufacturer of cabinetry is establishing its first Massachusetts presence at a Norton property owned by Boston-based Paradigm Properties.

U.S. Cabinet Depot signed a full-building lease for nearly 210,000 square feet at 176 South Washington St.

Colliers’ Ovar Osvold, Cathay Minnerly and Sean Hannigan represesented U.S. Cabinet Depot in the site search and lease negotiations. CBRE’s Steve Clancy and Rachel Marks represented ownership.

The company has three locations in suburban Atlanta including its corporate headquarters, and recently signed a 123,000-square-foot lease in Texas to complement its national expansion.

“The strength of the industrial real estate market has been a bit of a silver lining amidst everything going on, so having the foresight to lock in a long-term solution for our client was extremely important,” Osvold said in a statement.

Paradigm Properties acquired the Norton parcel in 2013 for $12.4 million.
