MAR Names McCarthy 2012 President

Trisha McCarthy of Newton, N.H., and a broker with Keller Williams Realty in Newburyport, was installed as president of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) for 2012.

The event took place at the Salem Waterfront Hotel and Marina in Salem and included the installation of the MAR board of directors and executive committee. Other installments include:

Kimberly Allard-Moccia, broker/owner of Century 21 Professionals in Braintree, to serve as president-elect of MAR for 2012.

Peter Ruffini, regional manager for Jack Conway Realtors in Marshfield, installed as the secretary-treasurer

Laurie Cadigan, broker/owner of Barrett & Co. in Concord, will serve as 2012 immediate past president

The terms officially begin on Jan. 1.
