A 171,245-square-foot industrial portfolio in Marlborough has sold for just over $18 million.

The property at 19 and 41-53 Brigham St. is called the Brigham Industrial Park and contains three buildings – a 3-story, 42,752-square-foot building with office suites on its upper floors and flex space on its lower floor and a two single-story industrial/flex buildings, one 60,682 square feet and the other 67,806 square feet. The buildings were built between 1984 and 1996. The 9.97-acre property was most recently assessed at $9.46 million.

The buildings were bought on June 28 by an LLC registered to the same address as San Francisco-based Stockbridge Real Estate, a real estate investment management firm.

According to the website of Littleton-based Lincoln Property Co., listed in the deed as the seller’s representative, around 10,000 square feet of space in the portfolio’s office suites are available for lease.
