A Marlborough industrial portfolio has sold for $18.1 million.
Brigham Business Park, a 171,033-square-foot industrial/flex property, was 95 percent leased at the time of sale.
Avision Young Boston office Vice President Brandon Dickason, Avison Young Principal Scott Jamieson, Senior Vice President Bill Sullivan and Boston office Vice President Jon Pezzoni represented the seller, Ivy Realty, which sold the building for to a joint venture between Lincoln Property Co. and Stockbridge.
“Since acquiring the portfolio in 2014, with Avison Young acting as its representative, Ivy has done a terrific job of transforming the park into an institutional-quality site with a solid tenant base,” Dickason said in a statement. “We could not be more pleased to bring this full circle with Ivy and, in doing so, execute another transaction with Lincoln Property Group and Stockbridge”
Brigham Business Park is a three-building flex portfolio located in one of Boston’s hottest flex submarkets. Tenants include Ambri, AT&T, American Robotics, Couture Brands and RS Hughes.
