A Cambridge biotech startup is moving to Cummings Properties’ TradeCenter 128 complex in Woburn as it prepares to begin clinical trials next spring.

Cancer researcher Alloplex Biotherapeutics leased 4,700 square feet at the property and will relocate in September from the SmartLabs incubator in Cambridgeport.

Founded by Harvard-trained immunologist Frank Borriello, Alloplex is researching individualized cellular cancer treatments.

Cummings Senior Leasing Director Rob Yacobian worked with JLL Managing Director Peter Bekarian on the lease transaction.

Alloplex joins life science firms including OpGen, Batavia Biosciences and Sophion Biosciences in leasing space at the 500,000-square-foot TradeCenter 128 property.
