A large office building in Marlborough has sold for $21 million.
225 Cedar Hill St., a 107,520-square-foot, 3-story class A office building on 9.56 acres was sold to IPG Photonics Corp. CIL Cedar LLC was the seller. Scott R. Hughes, president of Framingham-based New Dover Associates Inc. represented the seller, while James G. Stubblebine, vice president of The Stubblebine Co. of Lexington, represented the buyer.
The property is valued at $11.3 million, according to city property records. The building was built in 2000 and has a fitness center.
