The Liberty and Union Business Center in East Taunton has been sold to the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe for $19.25 million.

The three-building complex on 59 acres of land will become part of the Wampanoag’s proposed casino development.

The Maggiore Cos. of Woburn brokered the sale. Maggiore optioned the property to the tribe in 2012 and the Wampanoag Tribe spent the past three years in the state and federal permit process.
