Coldwell Banker has named two Massachusetts agents as among the top 10 for highest sales among the brokerage’s thousands of agents across the continent.

Brigitte Senkler, an agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England’s Concord office, ranked ninth among all Coldwell Banker’s North America agents, and first in New England, with $132.2 million in closed sales volume in 2014.

Hans Brings, an agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England’s Waltham office, ranked tenth among all Coldwell Banker’s North America agents, with $91.4 million in closed sales volume in 2014.

Senkler and Brings were also recipients of the brokerage’s Society of Excellence Award, awarded to the top 1.67 percent of NRT Coldwell Banker affiliated associates nationwide. (NRT is the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.) Both are also recipients of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier award, given to the top 1 percent of approximately 87,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

Senkler has been identified as a top real estate professional nationally, ranking No. 42 among the country’s top 250 real estate sales professionals by The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends based on sales volume earned in 2013.

Brings established the Hans Brings Results for Children’s Charities Fund to continually provide financial assistance to children’s charities such as Toys for Tots, The Home for Little Wanderers, The Genesis Fund, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, Stanley Snowflake Program, and other organizations.

Senkler and Brings will be honored at a special celebration hosted by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage at the State Room in Boston on April 30, along with other award-winning sales associates.
