Haverhill-based Pentucket Motor Lodges Inc. has acquired a Fall River McDonald’s for $2.1 million.
The 3,844-square-foot McDonald’s restaurant is located at the Crossroads at 24. The 30-year ground lease includes four five-year options and 10 percent rental increases every five years throughout the base term and option periods.
Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services brokered the transaction on behalf of Pentucket and the sellers, First Bristol Corp. and Marshall Properties.
The Crossroads at 24 is a newly-developed retail center anchored by a 160,000-square-foot Wal-Mart and 138,500-square-foot Sam’s Club.
