A medical device manufacturer has acquired a 120,000-square-foot manufacturing facility located on a 13-acre property in Franklin.

Tegra Medical paid $16.4 million for 16 Forge Park, a single-story class A flex building previously owned by Condyne Capital Partners and Westpoint Capital Partners.

JLL Executive Vice President Sean Lynch, senior vice presidents Joseph Fabiano and Michael Ciummei and Vice President Benjamin Roopenian represented the sellers in the transaction.

“This sale demonstrates that manufacturing demand remains strong for well positioned industrial properties,” said Jeff O’Neil, president of Condyne Capital Partners LLC.

The facility was originally completed in 1989, according to assessors’ records.
