Mentor Graphics, an electronic hardware and software design solutions company, has leased 16,376 square feet on the third floor of 300 Nickerson Road in Marlborough.

Mentor Graphics is relocating from the top floor of the 80,724-square-foot office building, which is part of a 573,576-square-foot master-planned office park.

The landlord, Normandy Real Estate, was represented by John Lashar from Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.
