MetraTech Corp., which provides automatic business processes for billing and customer-care, has renewed its 30,331-square-foot office lease at 200 West St. in Waltham.

Neil Schneider, of Boston-based McCall & Almy, represented the tenant in the lease transaction, according to a statement. The landlord, Boston Properties, was represented by Jason Fivek and Austin Barett.

"McCall & Almy is a partner that understood our goals for the long-term as well as our immediate space requirements, and we’re pleased to be continuing our presence in this premier location," said Gerald Rush, CFO, MetraTech.

"The property at 200 West St. provides MetraTech with a flexible and sophisticated office environment, and we’re pleased to have represented them in this transaction," said Schneider, executive vice president and principal at McCall & Almy.
