Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. agents Traci Shulkin and Jared Wilk have announced they are leaving the brokerage for Compass, and launching their own, nine-person realty team.

The Shulkin Wilk Group will chiefly service middle-to-luxury market residential buyers and sellers in Weston, Wellesley, Wayland, Needham, Newton and Natick. Team members will include: Realtors Claudia Andelman, Joanne Baron, Craig Goldstein and Tanja Tatelman; Realtors and transaction coordinators Christine Shechtman and Lori Dawson; and marketing coordinator Evelyn Fiske.

“Compass has the tools to take our new team to the next level and will provide our clients with advanced resources throughout the home buying and selling process,” Shulkin said in a statement.

“We share the same values – honesty, integrity and loyalty – which is what drew us together to form our teams,” Wilk said in a statement.

With over 25 years of experience and $520 million in career sales combined, Shulkin and Wilk say they will lean on a new brand called “Live In” in their new endeavor. The brand will consist of blog posts, collateral materials and insights that will highlight MetroWest neighborhoods, local business owners and offer tips for homeowners from recognized industry professionals.

Between the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Wilk has served as a director at the local or state level for every year since 2013, and has been featured on HGTV’s “My Lottery Dream Home” and WCBV’s “Chronicle.”  Shulkin has been the top producer at her former firm for five out of the last seven years.
