A four-story, mixed-used residential building with underground parking and ground floor commercial space for 375-375C Market St. in Brighton has been proposed by Brighton Park Assoc. LLC.
The letter of intent for the project, which was submitted to the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) last week, also outlines related improvements in open space, landscaping and vehicular and pedestrian access at the Brighton property. The property currently houses a commercial building that was once used as a training facility for the New England Chapter of Carpenters Apprenticeship and Training Fund.
The new structure is estimated to be 65,727 square feet with 39 residential units on four levels and 3,567 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, according to the filing. The underground parking garage would be 22,425 square feet.
