Jeff Morgenstern has been appointed sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Weston.
In addition to his new role, Morgenstern will continue to lead the Lincoln office, where he has been sales manager for the last 19 years.
A 27-year veteran of the real estate industry, Morgenstern has previously managed Coldwell Banker offices that serve the Wayland, Concord, Acton and Carlisle markets, according to a statement.
"Throughout his real estate career, Jeff has clearly demonstrated his leadership skills and passion for developing successful sales teams. I am confident that he will help our Weston sales associates grow and develop their business," said Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England. "Morgenstern has the ability to establish a one-on-one rapport with clients and Realtors and is able to respond to changes in the business climate."
Morgenstern is a member of the NRT President’s Council, an honor given to the managers of the nation’s most productive branch offices within the NRT network. He is also a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
Morgenstern lives in Wellesley with his wife, who is a Coldwell Banker sales associate in that community, and his two children. Prior to his real estate career, Morgenstern was a professional lighting designer and production manager for Boston, New York and Washington, D.C., theatre productions.
