MorphoTrust USA, a provider of identity solutions and services, has signed a 106,735-square-foot office lease extension in Billerica.

Colliers International’s James Elcock, executive vice president, and Greg Klemmer, senior vice president, represented MorphoTrust in the transaction at 296 Concord Road. The landlord, California State Teachers’ Retirement System, was represented by Jason Levendusky of CB Richard Ellis – N.E. Partners LP.

The property at 296 Concord Road is a five-story, 353,000-square-foot, first-class office building located off of Route 3 in Billerica.

"We worked together to successfully ‘blend and extend’ MorphTrust’s existing lease," Elcock said in a statement. "The resulting lease extension is beneficial to all parties."
