The first resident move-ins have begun at a 132-unit apartment complex developed by Mount Vernon Co. on the outskirts of Brighton.

Designed by Cambridge-based architects PCA, the Radius complex at 530 Western Ave. features a 5,000-square-foot roof deck with Charles River views, a fitness center, meditation room, demonstration kitchen, solarium and outdoor grilling area with fireplace and outdoor TV’s.

Units feature 9-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, with monthly rents starting at $2,445 for studios and $2,702 for one-bedrooms.
