Museum of World War II Inc. purchased the property, at 6 Mercer Road, from Yellow Brick LLC for $2.75 million.
The property is located in the Natick Business Park near Route 9.
New Dover Associates Inc. represented the seller while Haynes Management Inc. represented the buyer.
