A newly-completed retail building in East Cambridge has been sold for $11.2 million to a Needham-based investor.

The 10,000-square-foot building at 89-95 First St. is fully leased to pet food and supply retailer Loyal Companion and Sherwin-Williams along with an undisclosed third tenant, developer Urban Spaces of Cambridge said.

12 Jayne Road LLC of Needham acquired the property in a deal brokered by Conviser Property Group. The sales price works out to $1,120 per square foot.

The property is part of Urban Spaces’ $275 million First Street Corridor development including 250 apartments, 50,000 square feet of office space and 45,000 square feet of retail space.
