14 Gill StreetThe Ninety Nine Restaurants chain has officially hung its horseshoe on a new company headquarters at 14 Gill St. in Woburn.

After 30 years at nearby 160 Olympia Ave., the 60-year-old company has fully moved in to its new regional headquarters.

The company is experiencing a growth period, according to information from Ninety Nine’s new landlord Cummings Properties. The restaurant chain now occupies the entire 11,000-square-foot Gill Street building.

Founded in 1952, Ninety Nine was purchased in 2012 by Nashville-based American Blue Ribbon Holdings, which owns five other restaurant concepts. The Woburn headquarters employs 40 staff members serving the chain’s 105 restaurants in New England and New York.

"We are excited to be moving into a new office space that will better serve our needs as we grow the company in the future, and we are happy to know we will be staying in Woburn after being part of the community for more than 30 years," John Grady, president of Ninety Nine Restaurants, said in a statement.

Cummings Properties Leasing Director Derek Cook worked with Rob Cronin of Lincoln Property Co. on the transaction.
