| A Virginia company that provides analysis and technology for intelligence gathering missions will occupy 23,359 square feet at 35 New England Business Center in Andover in July 2014.
TASC Inc., a private defense contractor, has leased the space from MARIC Inc., a Needham-based real estate developer.
CBRE/New England’s Kerry Olson Hawkins represented the landlord in the transaction. Real estate advisory firm DTZ’s Chethan Rao of the Washington, D.C office represented TASC.
CBRE also represented Blackberry Inc., whose sublease was terminated to accommodate TASC’s space requirements.
New England Business Center is a four-building, 237,000-square-foot suburban office park comprising 42 acres of land along the Merrimack River. MARIC has owned and managed the park for the last year.
