Nolan Named President Of Pioneer Valley Realtors

Patrick S. Nolan of Agawam has been elected president of the 1,650-member Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley, according to a statement from the association.

The election took place at the association’s annual membership meeting held earlier this month at the Delaney House in Holyoke. Nolan is broker-owner of both West Springfield-based Century 21 A-1 Nolan and Hometown Assoc., which has offices in Chicopee, Holyoke, Westfield and East Longmeadow.

The other 2014 officers are:

• Dawn M. Henry of Palmer, president-elect

• Louis P. Mayo of Belchertown, treasurer

• Janise Fitzpatrick of Belchertown, secretary

Elias Acuna, Edward Alford, Kelly Bowman, Suzi Buzzee, Susan Drumm, Susan M. Rheaume, Richard Sawicki Jr. and Heather Witalisz Siegel have been elected to the board of directors. Brian P. Sears of Springfield is immediate past-president.
