NorthBridge Partners LLC has acquired 1010 West Chestnut St. for $5.25 million.
NAI Hunneman’s David Ross, Ovar Osvold and Gina Barroso represented the seller, Jack Straw Realty Trust, and procured the buyer.
The 84,000-square-foot warehouse building in Brockton is set on 8.75 acres. The facility is fully occupied by three tenants and subdivided into four rentable units.
“There was a lot of interest from investors, since the property generated long-term stable cash flow, along with scheduled rental increases in-place,” Ross said in a statement.
Editor’s Note: This story has been updated since it was first published on July 5 to reflect that the building is solely a warehouse, rather than warehouse and manufacturing building as was previously stated.
