Newton-based Northland Investment Corp. has named Ami Fatula as chief financial officer.

In the role, Fatula will oversee all finance, accounting tax, reporting, treasury and technology functions at the privately held real estate investment company. Prior to joining Northland, Fatula led accounting and reporting oversight with AEW Partners Funds, a series of real estate private equity funds. She also specialized in real estate as an audit manager at Ernst & Young LLP.
