NorthMarq Capital’s Boston office secured a $4.24 million loan to finance the acquisition of the Global Organics headquarters building in Cambridge.
The 24,500-square-foot property is located at 68 Moulton St. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower, RHAD LLC, through its relationship with a local bank.
Global Organics is the property’s major tenant and an affiliate of the borrower.
