NorthMarq Capital recently arranged financing for commercial properties in Bellingham and Bedford, N.H.
Ed Riekstins, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Boston based regional office, arranged $4.8 million in acquisition financing for a 14,820-square-foot Walgreens at 16-28 Mechanic St. in Bellingham. The transaction was structured with a 19-year term and 19-year amortization schedule.
Riekstins also arranged the refinancing of $2.6 million for multi-tenant flex buildings in Bedford, N.H, located at 10 Commerce Park North. The transaction was structured with a 25-year term and 25-year amortization schedule.
