Angie O’Donnell, co-founder of Wellesley-based 3D Leadership Group, an executive coaching firm, has been awarded the New England Executive Coach of the Year Award by the International Coach Federation of New England (ICFNE).
The annual award is determined by peer nomination and voting. Angie was selected as a co-recipient along with Ted Gorski, recognizing them as coaches who have demonstrated professional mastery with senior level executives.
“I can’t believe it’s been 17 years since I took my first ICF coaching course when the profession was still emerging as a catalyst for leader development,” O’Donnell said in a statement. “This is an extreme honor from my peers and I’m reminded of the fact that I love the work I do every day, and how professionally satisfying it is to partner with each unique leader.”
O’Donnell has coached more than 100 leaders and a variety of leadership teams from a broad industry base including biotech, financial services, technology, professional services, and nonprofit organizations, including executives from Biogen Idec, Citizens Financial Group, PTC, Harvard Business School, Kiva Systems, State Street, and Sunovion Pharmaceuticals. She completed her professional coaching certifications with New Ventures West and Team Coaching International, and received her MBA from Babson College.
