A Bay Village parking lot is being marketed as a potential multifamily residential development site.

The Dartmouth Co. is brokering the upcoming sale of the 14,180-square-foot property, which is owned by National Amusements and leased to Central Parking.

Dartmouth Co.’s Peter Considine and David Smookler are representing the seller. A call for offers is scheduled for Sept. 20.

Potential developers from various asset classes have expressed interest in the property, according to The Dartmouth Co., but residential development could be the highest use of the property.

“The 132 Arlington Street site represents a rare opportunity for area developers to thoughtfully execute and plan while continuing to collect income,” Considine said in a statement.
