IT monitoring company Opsview has leased 5,000 square feet at Cummings Properties’ 300 Trade Center in Woburn.

“This is another significant milestone in Opsview’s history and reflects our continued strategy of growing our operations in North America. I am pleased that we are able to provide our U.S. team with a high quality standard of work space and we are excited to attract even more local talent to our growing company,” Opsview CEO Mike Walton said in a statement.
Opsview recently launched a new monitoring system for IT administrators, Opsview Monitor 5.0. Clients include MIT, Harvard Law School and iRobot.

Cummings’ 300 Trade Center contains more than 500,000 square feet of class A office space fronting on Route 128.
