Jacqueline PalladinoJacqueline Palladino and Richard C. Walker III have been named senior vice president/corporate services and senior vice president/regional outreach, respectively, at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

In her new role, Palladino will assume responsibility for corporate communications, human resources and all planning functions, including strategic planning, contingency planning and enterprise risk management, according to a statement. Palladino joined the bank in 1988 as an analyst and has held a number of positions in the supervision, regulation and credit department.

Richard C. Walker IIIIn Walker’s new position, he will assume responsibility for the full range of the bank’s regional outreach, including community outreach, community development, financial institutions outreach, economic education and financial literacy, and consumer outreach. Walker, who has been with the bank for more than 20 years, most recently served as vice president in charge of public and community affairs.
