Ronda Paradis has been appointed director of business development at HDR Architecture Boston’s office.
Paradis has more than 27 years of experience in the Boston area and has a strong understanding of healthcare and academic organizations, according to a statement. In her new role, Paradis will work to further extend HDR Architecture’s reach into New England.
"We are thrilled to have Ronda join the company," said Monica Bell, director of development for HDR Architecture. She later joined Welch Group/James J. Welch & Co. as director of marketing and eventually William A. Berry & Son as program development manager.
"It is an honor to join an energetic and leading edge firm, as it provides me the opportunity to focus on building new partnerships and strengthening existing ones," said Paradis. "I look forward to building upon HDR’s good reputation and ongoing success."
