The Kraft Group plans to build 300 housing units, a bowling alley with live entertainment, restaurants and a hotel at Patriot Place.
Bob Kraft and his crew are looking to take full advantage of the eight new liquor licenses the Patriots owner is eyeing with a Mexican restaurant, a Japanese hibachi steakhouse and a bowling area with a bar and entertainment, according to reports.
As long as commuter rail service is made available near Patriot Place, Kraft hopes to construct about 300 units of housing in four-story structures at the Route 1 complex, according to the Foxboro Reporter.
Kraft Group officials have met with a committee created by selectmen to publicly vet the plans.
A Kraft representative said that by adding six restaurants at Patriot Place, the town’s tax revenue would increase by $130,000 per year, according to the Reporter.
