Danielle’s Bourbon Street Realty LLC recently purchased a Peabody property from Double Bourbon Realty LLC for $2.3 million.

The 33,810-square-foot mixed-use retail and warehouse building is located at 6 Bourbon St. Chris Everest, president of Nordlund Assoc., facilitated the transaction.
