Bridgewell Inc., a nonprofit organization providing residential services, employment services and clinical services to individuals with disabilities and other life changes, has purchased an office building in Peabody.

The organization acquired the building at 10 Dearborn Road for $3.5 million. The 41,633-square-foot building sits on 3.02 acres of land off of Route 1.

Chris Everest, president of Nordlund Assoc. Inc., represented both the buyer and the seller, One Intercontinental Inc.
