Fitness platform Peloton will distribute its exercise equipment to customers in the Greater Boston area from a Middleborough industrial property owned by Newton-based National Development.

The 75,000-square-foot lease at 61 Leona Drive brings National Development’s industrial portfolio up to 100-percent occupancy.

National Development acquired the 150,000-square-foot high-bay warehouse and distribution center in 2018 for $9.9 million.

The 22.7-acre property off Interstate 495 and Route 24 has 24 tailboard docks, a showroom and 50-by-50-foot bay spacing. The property has expansion capacity for an additional 50,000 square feet.

“The property is well positioned to facilitate seamless distribution logistics given its attractive in-place infrastructure and immediate highway accessibility,” National Development Managing Partner Andrew Gallinaro said in a statement.
